God is Interested
I had occasion last week to feel of God's interest in me. For the first time in a long time (regrettalby) I truly and sincerely prayed for guidance on my vocation and education as well as guidance for me and my family. It happened when I was alone, quietly pondering, with no interruptions. I felt him directing me to read a certian article and then the impressions came. I'll be forever grateful for his love and interest in me. There is no doubt that God is real and intently interested in each of us.

We are entitled to the Lord's help
If we are on the Lord's errand, brethren, we are entitled to the Lord's help. Never forget that truth. That divine help, of course, is predicated upon our worthiness. Each must ask: Are my hands clean? Is my heart pure? Am I a worthy servant of the Lord? ---President Thomas S. Monson (April 2008 GC PS)

Lift The World by Tilting the Scale
All it takes to make a difference is a little desire and some effort. The toughest part is getting out of our comfort zones and be willing to give up some self pride to take the hand of someone in need. We must be on higher ground to help those in need.
